General Description

Tzivaeri offers self-contained apartments with fireplace, balcony and views to the rich greenery. The guesthouse is situated in the evergreen village of Likodromio, between Xanthi and Stavroupoli.

Each of Tzivaeri’s apartments features a seating area and comes with hand-crafted furnishings and carpets. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, coffee maker, fridge and cookware. Breakfast is served in the room, while guests can enjoy a drink, coffee or snack from the bar at the outdoor seating area. Children can play safely in the fenced garden, offering a play area. BBQ facilities are also available.

Tzivaeri is 13 km from the city of Xanthi and 10 km from river Nestos. Stavroupolis Town is at 11 km. Free private parking is available on site.
