It is our pleasure to indulge in the Cycladic generous hospitality and enjoy the beautiful and unique environment in this year’s holidays.

The 12 studios are equipped with all modern conveniences, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV , Terrace, barbecue and quiet surroundings.

Surroundings

The peaceful bay Kini, on the west side of the island, offers quiet and relaxing holiday. On the beach, the visitor can enjoy the unique beauty and harmony of colors sunset. The Kiniotiki sand attracts tourists to spend endless hours in her arms.

Two other beaches and Dolphin Lotus give variety to enjoy swimming bathers. For the more adventurous, the beaches of Muscovy and the Eagle provide isolation. Tourist boats take day trips to the Northwest beaches.

The fish restaurants on the beach offering rich and fresh food, while cafes and shops cover all the needs of most demanding visitor. Transportation to and from Ermoupoli is regular. Bus and taxi serves daily.

The date of departure check out time is 12:00. In case the customer stay over this time and until 18:00 is charged half of the night. If stay over 18:00 must pay the full price of the night. The time for check in at hotel is 14:00

Cancellation

For the full confirmation of your booking should you prepay 25% of the total cost of your stay, with a minimum deposit amount, the cost of 1 night. The deposit of booking must be made within five (5) working days from the time information of the hotel’s bank account to the client concerned is sent, otherwise the pre-booked canceled without further information.
Cancellation when it is in more than 21 days are not charged, otherwise you are charged 30% of total stay. If the customer leaves the Regulated earlier date, it is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining nights.

The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to arrival.
