General Description
The Villa is situated in the picturesque village of Prines in a quiet area among trees. The villa is built and furnished in a countryside style. It is 135 m2 and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. It is just 3 km. from the sea and 5,5 km. away from the nice town of Rethymno. In the village of Prines there are a couple of Taverns and mini markets. The living area of the villa is on one level consisting of an open plan living area with TV and a dining table.Further on, there is a small well-equipped kitchen with full-size cooker and two shower/WC. There are also two bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with twin beds all with a/c. The villa has a delightfully relaxed atmosphere with nice gardens where a pool of 40sq.m. size is placed and provides great seclusion and privacy as there are no other houses within view. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the whole area. |
