Chania is 40 kilometres away Chania to Sfakia and 28 km from the city of Rethymno. It is just 8 km from the sea and the seaside village of Georgioupolis. The village of Vrisses is 3 kilometres away and one can find a pharmacy, supermarket and taverns. The villa is 110 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. On the second floor there are two 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bath.
