Pancratius Villa is in an elevated position above the traditional village of Kirianna. Built in 2009 the owner Pancratius has used all the best quality materials. As you approach the villa the electric gates open up to a large parking area. As you cross the welcome mat and enter the villa you are met by an open plan living/dining area. Off the living area is the well equipped open plan kitchen which includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich toaster. On the same level there is a shower room and the first of the bedrooms a beautiful twin with TV. There is also a utility room which houses a comfortable sofa bed. The staircase is fitted with a beautiful wrought iron banister and leads to the 1st floor where there is a separate terrace overlooking the drive. On this level is a double and twin bedroom both with TV and sharing a balcony overlooking the pool, the gorge and the magnificent sea view. From the double bed you can lie and see the sea. Both the bedrooms share a large family bathroom with air bath and hand held shower, the washing machine can also be found here. From the villa a path through the garden leads to the pool. The pool is 7 x 3.5 and 1.40 deep with a separate children’s section. There is a brick built barbeque for outdoor cooking. The village of Kirianna is only 800 meters where you can find Tavernas, cafes, supermarket and butchers. The house is fully air-conditioned (included in the price).
