Quinn Villa stands on a raised position 800 meters north of Lefkogeia village. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, the area of Plakias filled with olive trees and the Libyan Sea. A 1600 sq. m. yard is surrounded by beautifully crafted stone walls and a rich garden with lawn and a variety of trees, bushes and flowers. Theres a 50 sq. m. swimming pool (including a childrens pool) in front of the house, a barbecue area in the garden and parking space. Quinn Villa is 120sqm in size and suitable for 6-7 people. A spacious raised veranda leads to the ground floor. The living area has a fireplace, two sofas, three armchairs, three coffee tables, satellite TV and stereo system. The well-equipped kitchen/dining area also has a washing machine and is separated from the living room by an arch. Just off the kitchen, there is a small balcony with mountain view. Further on this floor, there is a double bedroom and a shower/WC. Wooden stairs lead to the second floor where theres a bathroom and two double bedrooms. The first one has a cosy stone built-in bed a childrens favourite. All bedrooms have air-condition (free of charge). There is also a large veranda with a fantastic view. The floors are tiled and the ceilings covered in wood. There are three taverns, a mini market, a bakery, a cafe and in the village of Lefkogia. A wide range of amenities are on offer in the town of Plakias, a popular resort 5 kms. away and Damnoni beach, 3 kms away. The excellent beaches of Schinaria and Ammoudi are a mere 2 kms away. Exotic Lake Preveli and peaceful Souda beach are a little farther. Some of Quinns charms are the high standards of accommodation, haunting vistas, an awesome night sky and an overwhelming sense of peace and relaxation.
