The newly built Plutus Villa is part of a 3500 sq. m. property filled with olive and fruit trees and offers an excellent view of the surrounding mountains and of the valley spread westwards to Plakias and the Libyan Sea. There are layered gardens with lawn, flowers, bushes and trees and, in the main yard, a 50 sq. m. swimming pool (including childrens pool), a barbecue and parking space. Plutus Villa can accommodate up to 8 persons in 135 sq. m. Marble stairs lead to a large veranda. On the ground floor theres a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a sunny double bedroom and a shower/WC with a washing machine. The spacious living area comes with a built-in stone fireplace, a huge L-shaped sofa, satellite TV and stereo system. A wooden staircase leads to the three double bedrooms the bathroom and the two verandas of the second floor. All bedrooms have air-condition (free of charge). The floors are tiled and the ceilings covered in wood. The colours of the surrounding nature and all these beaches so close to the villas compose a ideal place for relaxing times!
