Villa Natalia

Natalia is a newly built villa set on a hillside on South Crete with panoramic view of the Libyan sea, Paximadia and Gavdos islands , about 2,5 km from the beautiful traditional village of Rodakino where also are a couple of nice taverns and a supermarket. The beach of Korakas is in a short drive. The distance from Rethymno town is 39 km, from Heraklion airport 120km, and from Hania airport is 100 km. The resort of Plakias is 20 km away. The villa is 112 sqm in size consisted of two storeys and can accommodate up to 6 people. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining room , with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights. Next to the living room is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Further on there is a bedroom with iron-bed air condition, sat. TV, a bathroom (bath-wc) and a storage room where are the washing machine and the ironing board. An Internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are two more modern decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds , sharing a bath/wc with Jacuzzi. The bedrooms open to a large balcony with patio furniture with beautiful views over the Libyan Sea.Beside each villa there is its own private swimming pool, 35 sqm, equipped with sun beds, sunshades, garden shower. A lot of interesting places are in the area, like Fragokastello-castle, Preveli monastery, Preveli palm-beach, Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorges, Chora Sfakion, Krioneritis mountain, etc. A car is considered to be essential.
