Sun Hotel invites you in Amoudara to spend your vacations with us in our family managed hotel of 58 rooms.Thanks to the location of our hotel in the sea side resort of Amoudara with a fantastic 6km long sandy beach,just 200m away,you may have a fantastic time during your vacations.

Just outside of the hotel there is a bus station and every 15min the city bus line drives you to the shopping center of Heraklion.The hotel is just 4km frok the center of Heraklion where the archaeological museum is and 15km from the famous archaeological site of Knossos.

The international airport is 7km away and the port just a short stroll from the center of the city. Pankrition Stadium is 2,5km and Crete Golf Club is 20km away from the hotel.Also you may visit the Crete Aquarium which is 20km away.

The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s pool where you can enjoy your favourite snack and a refreshing cocktail. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. After a day of relaxing or exploring, enjoy some traditional Greek/international food at the restaurant which is at the front side of the Sun Hotel.

The following conditions apply if the number of people in the room exceed the maximum room capacity:

Free ! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
