Prices and Best Price Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the kratise.gr/kratise.com website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.
If a Customer request for the Best Price Guarantee, kratise.gr communicate directly to the hotelier in that request. Hotelier adjust - the degree to which prices are available on the Web Site kratise.gr so that the lower price is available for further bookings.
In addition, the hotelier immediately adjusts the price at booking was made by the Customer. Upon check out the Customer, the hotelier offers a room at lower price and either (i) settle the difference between the price of the reservation and the lowest price by charging the customer the lowest price, or (ii) the Customer returns the difference between the two prices in cash.
Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay the hotel directly for your stay.
